Once shipped, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages — but I'm happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. 

**Returns/Exchanges**

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each set, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there's a defect or issue with your set, reach out within [3 days] of delivery so I can make it right.
