At Press'd Beautii, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our nail sets are handcrafted and made to order, we have a few guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on made-to-order nail sets. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges on unopened, unused sets within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The set must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused
You must contact us before sending anything back
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer

Sizing Issues

Not the right size? We recommend ordering our Sizing Kit before purchasing a full set to ensure a perfect fit. Size-related exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Start an Exchange

Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through our website with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
